Delivery Info

The little market plant delivers Plants to all Melbourne suburbs Monday to Sunday. Most of the suburb within 10km of Melbourne CBD are free delivery. For rest of Melbourne suburbs please enter the delivery address in the check out page and delivery fee will be calculated accordingly. If your locations is not listed, feel free to email us at and inquire as we can generally organize out of zone deliveries for an extra courier fee.



When and where do you deliver?

We deliver on Monday to Sunday a radius of around 55km from Melbourne CBD, excluding public holidays.


We deliver to businesses, hospitals, schools etc. as well as residential addresses. 

Business addresses will receive their orders from 9am - 5pm, and residential addresses from 9am - Till Late. Sender need to select BUSINESS ADDRESS in the order or let us know by email or live chat after placing the order so the driver will priories to deliver the business address first. If any case we did not received the business address the little market plants will not be held responsible for late delivery.

All orders have live tracking included in the purchased price, tracking will be send to your email or mobile number in your order. If in any case the wrong email, number, overseas number or similar case the little market plants will not be held responsible of failing receive the tracking, but sender can email us or live chat with us and we will provide the tracking detail.

We deliver plants gift box to all over Australia for $25 flat on AUS express post which usually arrive 1 - 3 day depend on the location. AUS post can only deliver business days MON- FRI NO WEEKEND DELIVERY, if a order is dated on the weekend it will be delivered before or next business day.

What if no one is home or work to receive the gift?

If the recipient is not home or unavailable we will endeavor to find a safe spot to leave the plants until they return. If this is a likely scenario, please leave instructions on the order page to ensure we can deliver the plants to the recipient directly, or an alternative option. 

We will not be responsible for delivery address not excepting delivery, the sender need to check with the recipient first before placing orders.

If the recipient is not at work, unavailable or in any case the work place does not except the delivery we will notify the sender on the tracking and the order will be returned to our warehouse, if a re-delivery is needed depend on the suburb a minimum $10 need to be paid for the re-delivery. Re-delivery and claim need to be within 3 days after the product has been delivered, after 3 days re-delivery is no longer available and order is closed.

Until what time can you place an order on the day?

Business address orders will be available until 2PM, residential address available until 6:00 PM unless our stock sells out. When this occurs the date selection on the product will be blocked orders on that day will not be available to process. NO BUSINESS ADDRESS ORDERS AFTER 2PM

Can I make an order for another day ?

Yes of course. However, this would be a per-order Simply choose your delivery date in the product page and this will be processed for the day selected in the order.

Will my plants look the same as in the picture?

We pride ourselves on providing our customers with our plants which is as same to the advertised plants. However all plants come in different batches, so these may be slightly  in size or color, but we promise the plants will be as gorgeous as the picture on our site.

Responsible serving of alcohol 

For all alcohol purchases on our site it must be a addon with our plants, stand alone alcohol purchased is not allowed, plants purchased amount must be higher then the alcohol amount, both the purchaser and recipient of the plants or gift must be 18 years or over. The volume of liquor supplied to a person must not exceed 1.5 litres per day. Sorry for any inconvenience coursed.

Refunds & returns

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, it is not delivered as specified on the delivery form, or if any unexpected issues arise which are the fault of the little market plants, we will re-deliver your purchased products again for free, in most case the recipient can keep the plants received, if the order has been dispatched or delivered there will be no refund.

If incorrect information is submitted on an order form: name, address etc the little market plant will not be held responsible in any case but will work with the sender to achieve the best possible outcome.

After any order has been placed if for any reason the customer wish to cancel the order, the customer may not get the refund, but a voucher of the full purchased price can be offered, because in most case these admin related process cost, drivers, routing cost when orders are canceled we need to cancel the delivery list, routing, drivers which may incurred extra fees on us.

We will not be responsible customer selected the wrong delivery date or wrong delivery cut off time, including selecting business / hospital staff address after the cut off time.

The little market plants support Work Safe Australia / Australia Esafety commissioner to provided a safe, health working environment for our contractors and stuff, We will stop replying and block users if any rude, abusive, threatening or hateful comment is used against The little market plants in any email, live chat, social media etc platforms.
